Joe has been winning business for UK companies in Libya since 1982. His top achievement to date is winning a £20M+ project, for a UK training provider to establish 2 internationally accredited training centres. He has been elected to serve as Deputy Chairman of the British Business Group in Libya for many years. He is currently an active member of the Libyan British Business Council (LBBC). At Sail, he is responsible for all commercial matters.
